An independent journalist, who publishes reports of conflicts from all over the world. He spent several years in the war zone of Ukraine, usually in areas controlled by separatists. Most of his books and articles are regularly published abroad and for his reports he received numerous Slovak and international awards. His debut work, Donbas. The Wedding Suite in Hotel War came out in four languages and was nominated for the Tatra banka Foundation Award for Art. The second book of his called Zlatá horúčka. Venezuela od ropnej veľmoci k úpadku ľudskej civilizácie, is a report from south Venezuela. The last work so far is Spev sirén, released in 2024.
